I am Repository Developer at Leeds Beckett University and Technical Officer for the UK Council of Research Repositories (UKCoRR), interested in sustainable models of Open Access to research and potential synergies with open education and Open Educational Resources (OER), particularly underlying technology, software and interoperability of systems. I have been involved with a number of Jisc repository and infrastructure projects including SWORDv2, UK RepositoryNet+, Pathways to Open Resource Sharing through Convergence in Healthcare Education (PORSCHE) at MEDEV (Newcastle University) and Jorum, the national OER repository based at Mimas (University of Manchester), where I sit on the Steering Group.
