The discussion will provide valuable insight and assistance to anyone considering contributing to or publishing Open Access Journals.

10.45 “Open Access for Beginners” presentation What is the Open Access movement all about? What are the benefits and drawbacks of Open Access publishing? Who ends up paying for these "free" publications?
