Jeffrey Pomerantz is an Information Scientist with over 15 years of experience in studying and evaluating information services in a variety of organizations.

Pomerantz was a tenured Associate Professor in the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During that time, he served as the School’s Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Director of the Field Experience program. For the 2013-14 academic year, he was a Visiting Professor at the Information School at the University of Washington.
