Editor of Food Technology and Biotechnology, peer-reviewed international quarterly scientific journal that publishes papers covering a wide range of topics, including molecular biology, genetic engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, biochemical engineering and biotechnological processing, food science, analysis of food ingredients and final products, food processing and technology, oenology and waste treatment. A keen believer in the open access journals policy and one of the signees of the Croatian Open Access Declaration. A member of the Croatian Society of Biotechnology (HDB), European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and a founder and secretary of Croatian Association for Scholarly Communication (CROASC).
