Since 2010 Elizabeth (Beth) C. Turtle has been Head of Scholarly Communications & Publishing at Kansas State University Libraries. She manages the university institutional repository, the K-State Research Exchange (K-REx) and the open access imprint, New Prairie Press. She also manages digital library projects. Prior to that she was a science librarian from 1998-2010.
