Currently Director or Operations at Ubiquity Press (http://www.ubiquitypress.com/), a new open access publisher of journals and books who specialise in providing technical/editorial/production support so that universities can run their own presses. Previously Production Director at BioMed Central since 2000, right at the start of the open access movement in commercial publishing.
