Suqing Liu is a research librarian of Peking University Library, She currently serves as the Head of Reference and Information Services Department. Ms. Liu held a Master of Library Science from Peking University. She has been awarded grants to do research at the University of Hawaii and University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and participated in the programs hosted by Mortenson Center for International Library Programs of University of Illinois, and she was also granted by IFLA to attend the World Library and Information Congress in 2004. In addition, she won the grant from the National Social Science Fund of China to conduct research. Her research interests are information literacy, digital services, user studies, and subject liaison services, etc. She publishes decades of papers and two monographs, and actively attends many professional conferences.
