I'm doctoral student, majoring in journalism, from Taiwan. Open access, knowledge commons, and scientific sociology are my focus area, which help me observing the knowledge around the world that how they curiclate and communicate to each academic communities. In Taiwan, there are many academic papers(or articles) but no policy on regulating how to use them.
