I am the Social Data Analyst at the United Academics Foundation, which is a foundation that promotes and advocates for open science. We have an Open Access Library (oalibrary.org) that has a database of over 1 million research papers, all free to use and access and download- users don't even have to make an account. We'd love to promote our page on this wiki, mostly so that we can connect with other Open Access organizations and foundations, as well as expand our reach.
