• University of Amsterdam
  • The fund. Launched January 2007.
  • Shut down May 7, 2009 "Due to a precarious financial situation...."

• Brock University Library
  • The Brock Library Open Access Publishing Fund 2015-16 was announced January 2016.
  • Application form notes that fund will close upon initial fund circulation; since noted as closed.
  • List of funded publications available.

• University of California, Santa Cruz
  • The pilot fund was launched in the Fall of 2012, closing in December 2014.

• Delft University of Technology
  • The fund. Launched April 1, 2008. Apparently it expired at the end of 2008.

• Griffith University

• Institute of Social Studies (Netherlands)
  • The fund is mentioned at the bottom of the ISS page on the IR.
  • No longer available as of a check in June 2012.

• Johns Hopkins University
  • The Johns Hopkins Open Access Promotion Fund (OAPF), launched in 2012 and closed in January 2015.

• Oregon Health & Science University
  • The Open Access Publishing Fund was closed following 2012 fund expenditure.

• Southern Illinois University Carbondale
  • The COAP Fund (acronym for "SIU Carbondale Open-Access Publishing Equity Fund"), was suspended following the "final disposition of the FY16 state budget.".

T

• Tilburg University
  • The fund was apparently launched in August 2008 and expired at the end of August 2009.

U

• University of Utah
  • Pilot fund announced in May 2013, closing in June 2014.
