Rebecca Welzenbach manages acquisitions of new OA journals published by Michigan Publishing, as well as relationships with and support for editors of existing journals. She is also the coordinator of the Text Creation Partnership, a consortial project based at the University of Michigan and the University of Oxford to transcribe and encode in XML the text of each unique work represented in the Early English Books Online (EEBO) database.
