Currently OA special adviser at the CNRS France. Former head of the Scientific and Technical Information Bureau (DIST) at the CNRS. On the leave to Sorbonne Paris Cité, confederation of eight universities and schools, to set up policies in scientific and technical information, including open access. Trained both as a sociologist(Centre de Sociologie de l'Innovation) and an engineer. Ingénieur civil de l'école nationale supérieure des mines de PARIS.
