Samantha DeWitt is enrolled in the master’s program in library and information science at Simmons College Graduate School of Information and Library Science (GLSIS). She has studied web design, digital archives, cataloging, reference, and management. Before Simmons, Samantha received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, where she studied anadromous fish populations within the Connecticut watershed. Sam keeps up a steady practice in fine arts -- specializing in abstract landscapes; showing her work at several galleries in Western Mass. She lives outside of Boston with her partner of seven years and two cats.
