A computational linguists by training, I studied in Leipzig, Edinburgh and Saarbrücken. I worked in Milton Keynes, England, before moving to Bielefeld, Germany, where after some research in corpus and psycholinguistics, I decided to work for Bielefeld University Library.

Among other things, I run the Open Access Q&A site https://openaccess.ub.uni-bielefeld.de/ .
