This list is still under development. Every part of it may change before the official launch, including its title, URL, and method of organization.
This list covers operating systems which are: free and open source; customised, maintained and actively used by some research establishment; modified to help support open access.
Linux distributions
- Cubbli Linux, preinstalled on PCs of the University of Helsinki (carries some proprietary software by default)
