Clients include: Public Library of Science (PLoS); the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften (https://edoc.bbaw.de/opus4-bbaw/frontdoor/index/index/docId/2219); City University London; UKeiG (UK Electronic Information Group); Jisc Collections; SPARC Europe; EBSCO; Public Health England; OAPEN (Open Access Publishing in European Networks); Enabling Open Scholarship (EOS).&lt;br /&gt;

David has for the past 2 years worked as Project Officer for SPARC Europe on two European Open Science projects.  PASTEUR4OA  (Open Access Policy Alignment Strategies for European Union Research - http://www.pasteur4oa.eu/) aims to support the European Commission’s Recommendation to Member States of July 2012 that they develop and implement policies to ensure Open Access to all outputs from publicly-funded research.  FOSTER (Facilitate Open Science Training for European Research - https://www.fosteropenscience.eu/project/) aims to produce a Europe-wide training programme that will help researchers, postgraduate students, librarians and other stakeholders to incorporate Open Access approaches into their existing research methodologies.&lt;br /&gt;
