Welcome, and thank you for being interested in our project.

We are a young site and still learning about the directions that the OA community may want to take a wiki-based site like this. Policies will have to grow and evolve over time, particularly since we do not know what the response will be to the launch of the wiki. We might waake up with a thousand email messages in the OAD contact email "box" or none.

We are not Wikipedia nor do we intend to be. The front page is locked for editing. New lists must go through the editorial process.
