Through experiences organizing user research and communicating design solutions, incorporating UX methodologies into the development of controlled vocabularies, and a research intensive information science graduate program, I've built skills for balancing rigorous and results-driven research to help teams understand the evolving needs of a wide range of users and collaborate to create impactful solutions.
